- Orientation to SJCCA
- Panel interview with current SJCCA Dispatchers.
(You will need to bring a certified typing test of 40 wpm or better and a photo I.D.)
- Ergometrics Video Test
- Director and Operations Manager Interview
- Background / Criminal History Check / Home Visit
- Psychological Assessment
- Drug Screen / Physical / Hearing Test
